Project Self Reliance (PSR)
Project Self Reliance is an educational, non profit organization providing sustainably oriented social services and programs for youth-at-risk and the community-at-large. Its initial campaign is to establish a transitional living and housing program for runaway, homeless and foster kids "aging out" of the system.

Strive For Five encourages community members to donate $5 a month (or more) to help set up a strong, community based program. Strive for Five is possible because of recent changes in Internet technology that allows non-profits like Project Self Reliance to securely and automatically collect $5 a month or more from an unlimited number of donors state-wide. As few as three hundred community members could launch a transitional living and housing program. Three thousand could support a comprehensive effort to house up to 8 teens and help dozens of others with on-going life skills training.
