Grain School in a Day – Rim Rock

9:00 am to 5:00 pm, October 16, 2022.  Wild Heart Farm, 4035 Tonto Way, Rimrock, AZ 86335.  Grain School in a Day is a condensed version of the original 6-day Grain School program started at Native Seeds/SEARCH and then taught at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs with the Rocky Mountain Seed Alliance.  Perfect for anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of a truly sustainable local food system. Practical, hands-on activities are balanced with engaging lectures to provide a fun and interactive learning experience.  Delicious, fresh-ground flour, sourdough pizza lunch.
