Amaura

Amaura is an upland, short grain brown rice landrace from Uzbekistan. The grain heads are a beautiful red rust color making for a nice contrast with the green foliage. The seeds inside are light brown. Amaura rice matures in about 100 days. Keep the seed in the hull for planting, but remove it before eating! Thank you John for sharing your seeds and photos with us.
